MATERIAL:

a) Full dried solid tropical hardwood frame,undergone anti-worm and polish treatment. Humidity controlbetween 12-15%, (international ocean transportstandard)

 

b) metal coil springs and fabric rubber with rustand moisture proofing treatment

 

c) High density elasticity foam: D40~45 forcushions, D30 for back & armrest, noted for its coziness andlong durability.

 

d) Spray-bonded cotton between the leather andfoam, no sagging.

 

Foam: We usedifferent foam based on the style and construction ofsofa.

 

a) super: this is a high density soft to mediumquality foam, with excellent recovery properties that will maintainits original shape and density for manyyears

 

b) Medium: our most popolur foam for upholsterycushions used when a medium cushion is required. It makes anexcellent seat cushion.

 

c) Soft: used when s softer cushion is required , back &headboards.

 

 

leather material is seperate into two layers, the first layercalled top leather, with good tensile strength and soft. whilesecond layer of split is less porosity of fibre texture than topleather and process with PVC/PU makes it morestronger.

 

QUALITY CONTROL:

1.Our wooden supports will be dryed by high temperature, the water content <= 9%

 

2.The quality of furniture materials are checked before productions.
